About The Song

“Everythings Alright” is a hustler’s anthem to his lady, denoting the trials and tribulations of a relationship complicated by street life. The song touches on feelings that are not unique only to the street hustler but for hard working men and women everywhere who are out there doing what it takes to put food on the table.

“Everythings Alright” was produced by Dr3d for Payaduez with samples taken from the O’jay’s classic “Loving You”. The catchy hook and heartfelt lyrics are sure to pull at your heartstrings as you listen and relate to what this couple is going through.

About Payaduez Ent.

Jermaine “DR3D” Ingram C.E.O of Payaduez ENT. knows exactly what it takes to make it in the music business. It takes hard work, dedication and the ability to put out good music that the fans will enjoy. The past ten years and those experiences have built on Dr3d’s knowledge and survival and have molded him into an artist like nothing the Carolinas have seen to date.

On July 5, 1973 a star was born. Richard Jermaine Ingram was born the son of Richard and Mary Ingram in a small town called Maxton N.C. At the age of nine his father was ordained as a Baptist minister, and that is where his musical roots began. At the age of thirteen his parents bought a piano and enrolled him into piano lessons. He took lessons for five years and was taught classical music. Despite the hard time that he received from his peers he toughed it out and benefited from the hard work and dedication. At the age of 16 he decided that producing was very interesting to him so he began making beats. After he crafted the skill he took it to another level and in 1999 he founded PAYADUEZ ENT. Payaduez Entertainment has since grown, adding new artists and stepping into a management and production role as well as a featured and performing artist around the Carolinas and surrounding states. Payduez artists are Dr3d, S.L.A.M. “Sumthin’ Like A Million” and the seductive Ms. Va’K.
2010 brings an all new style and character from Dr3d. Watch as something brand new emerges from the Payaduez camp.

From the bottom of the South Carolina’s Low Country, emerges and artist like the Carolina’s have never seen. With deep soulful lyrics and stunning delivery this is one artist you don’t want to miss out on. Carolina Slim has a long history with the music industry, inking his first deal as a teen with Bullet Proof Souls of Nashville, TN. After one national album release the group soon disbanded.

As time passed Carolina Slim kept the dream alive when he joined forces with Bluffton, South Carolina’s Pumphouse Music. Together with Pumphouse Slim dropped several mixtapes around the Carolina’s and performed in various venues along with Pumphouse.

In 2010 Carolina Slim linked up with Pumphouse Member and 5StarPromotions CEO, Johnny “Da Jeneral” Mitchell to record several solo and collaborative projects. Together with Pumphouse Music Slim recorded and filmed an official video for “Fired Up”.

roc_natIncluded in this video are groups signed to Roc Nation’s label (not to be confused with the roster of artists listed as managed by Roc Nation). Among the list quite obviously is J Cole and some you may not know of yet including Bridget Kelly, Rita Ora, Range (Star Roc), Alexis Jordan (Star Roc) and Hugo.

Now a lil’ breakdown on the artists that you might not yet know of…Okay I didn’t know all of these either so don’t feel bad….Starting with Hugo. Something very different but a whole lot of talent. Hugo offers a sexy mix of rock, soul and something that sounds a bit bluesy to my ears. Here’s a huge plug for one of his new songs “Bread and Butter”, a most interesting new product from Vicky’s, not sure if I ever want to see a non-Victoria’s Secret model in one of these but you gotta give em points for originality with this one.

The gorgeous Bridget Kelly is making a splash and can be seen performing “Empire State of Mind” with Jay Z at several venues. I was a bit shocked to see so many comments saying she did it better than Alicia, and while I can’t say I agree with that, she is a force to be reckoned with especially with the mighty Roc behind her.

Alexis Jordan, of Columbia SC is really breaking ground with her super soulful voice and sexy swagger.

Also listed is Range, most noteable for penning hits for Jamie Fox, Luda and T-Pain, the buzz from his upcoming album sounds pretty solid based on the feedback so far off this Rick Ross Collab but upon giving it a good listen I have to say, ummmm nah, u gotta come better than that coming from Roc Nation and with the Boss on here? Hmmmmmm, maybe it’s just me.

And then we have the lovely Rita Ora, who can be seen here in Drake’s vid

and I took it way back here because I simply like Craig David….

Keep watching Roc Nation, obviously a huge powerhouse of artists but lets see what comes of these artists and their careers over the coming months. Roc Nation has a history of sitting on em for a good while but with Young Money on the rise it’s time to stir up the pot some so let’s just see what the Roc is up to.

Okay I have been mad at Drake ever since the dumb as hell video for “Best I Ever Had”, which has to be one of the worst concepts for a vid since I don’t know when but he has made it up to me with this extremely nice video.
